It’s good to know what we are selling. I ordered a sample canvas print (40″x30″x1.18″) which was printed in Australia by “Prima Printing”.
Production costs AUD $66.29
Shipping AUD $25.39
Total costs AUD $91.68
Prima Printing’s overall rating is only 7.4 out of 10 with Quality 7.2, Production Speed 8, and Shipping 8.4
I gave 5 stars on quality and production speed but only 2 for the shipping. Order placed Sept 28, item shipped Oct 2nd with estimated delivery date of Oct 11th. No further tracking data until the 9th when it was out for delivery and delivered – glad I was home.
Prima Printing should reconsider using “Couriers Please” for shipping. When the courier arrived, couple packages fell out when he opened the van door due to the excessive amount of packages (200+). The driver had to literally crawl over the pile boxes to find mine, then placed it on the ground on its corner while I signed. I was immediately concerned about potential damage, though the item was fine. I did find the packaging was inadequate, single layer of bubble wrap in a thin cardboard box. A sturdier box with plastic corner protectors is needed, as couriers often mishandle packages and ignore fragile labels.
Here are some images of boxing, corners, string attachment, and hanging.

Prima Printing, Australia
11oz mugs
It’s Wildflower season here in Oz hence the inspiration.
All 4 mugs were printed perfectly and delivery was faster than normal to Perth from Melbourne(even delivered on a Sunday).
I originally got 2 samples previously that had a slightly different design that relied on being centered but prima printed one correctly & the other too low so I switched to this full top to bottom design to avoid the worry. Looked better anyway so glad I got samples.
