Long time lurker, sometimes commenter, first time poster …
I got my third (and probably final for this particular design) set of samples from The Print Bar in Melbourne/ Brisbane, Australia.
To say I’m stoked, is an understatement. After the first lot of samples, I tweaked my design to ‘pop’ a bit more, as the logo was a bit ‘flat’. What you see on the computer screen can be vastly different to what ends up coming out. Printing black on black is still problematic, and I’ll look at making a version of the logo specifically for black items if I can.
I pulled the trigger on the Shopify site yesterday (you can figure out its name if you really want to
). I’m not too worried about sales figures at the moment. Actually, it all started out as a way to raise some funds to get me to an international competition, and keep building our gym, but
Long story short, if you are looking at selling in Australia and/ or New Zealand, I can highly recommend The Print Bar. Getting samples is absolutely vital (edit- not just from this provider, but any you intend on using).
They don’t have the range of colours in some products as other providers in the US or Europe, but, I’d take quality over quantity any day
