Arrived in a sealed clear bag inside of a recyclable poly-mailer bag with my store name and a Texas address. The embroidery turned out great. The embroidery stabilizer was trimmed as much as possible, which was nice, too. Would be nice if production were a bit quicker. I know the digitization process takes time, but a week could be a bit much. It initially shipped via DHL then quickly switched to USPS. I chose “Economy” shipping and am quite surprised how quickly it arrived given the 4th of July holiday.

PACKAGING:
Love this “Recycle me again” package! I am a huge advocate for recycling and reducing plastic waste. I am so happy Printiful is having this big sign on the polymailer. My business name is on the package too, which is a plus.
EMBROIDERY:
This is a design I made for myself. The embroidery looks pretty good. I wish there could be more thread color options as I don’t really like this color combo. But I had to choose from the colors they have. The stitches look good!
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
They have the option to add sleeve embroidery at an additional cost. I think it’s really cute to put something small on the sleeves.
EMBROIDERY BACKING:
The back of the embroidery looks ok. The backing is still partially there. They probably didn’t have that much time to take them all off. Looks a bit messy in the back. But I don’t care too much about the back as long as the front looks good!
COTTON HERITAGE HOODIE ITSELF:
This hoodie is pretty soft and feels nice. BETTER than the Gildan ones (I DO NOT LIKE GILDAN AT ALL!!!).
SHIPPING
: I guess we all agree DHL is slow…..and this was delivered by DHL. Wish there was an option so that we can pick USPS other than DHL. But these days, USPS isn’t any better….
OVERALL:
Overall I really it! The cost is a bit high since it’s embroidered. But I think with the right design, right niche, right customer, this could be a great product.
I’m ready to wear this to the rink!!!

Love the quality of this product and it’s been the first budget friendly hat option that has been big enough for big dudes. Thought the camo pattern looked great paired with the mesh color. The mesh holds its shape but isn’t stiff and scratchy like some other options.
As for the embroidery quality, I was pleased with the result other than it appears a little higher than what I had on my design. I did contact support and waiting for assistance but overall, I would currently give this sample a
! Would easily go to 5 stars if it is gets approved for a reprint
For anyone willing to give out embroidery design pointers, would love some feedback on how I can get the last pic of my americana themed logo past digitization!

I am thrilled with all of these. The backing was still attached in some spots but the front text was great! A few stray threads too but that’s ok.
I was looking for these products and Printful delivered.
I’d love Printify to carry them too!
The beanie is SO warm and a nice height.
The visor is something my customers have been asking for
And I’ve been dying to do a bigger front embroidered design on a hoodie.
