I bought a sample of the ENGRAVED Insulated Tumbler with Lid, 40oz from Fulfill Engine in black.
I ordered it June 26th, Shipped June 30th, Delivered July 8th (today). Not the greatest speed but the July 4th holiday was in there so I think it’s acceptable.
It came in a cardboard box in the typical white mailer. My shop name was on the return address (good!). There was no real extra padding IN the box other than the plastic. It’s a pretty hardy tumbler, so I think that’s fine, especially since it’s in the cardboard box.
I probably should have widened my line art to make it pop more on the tumbler, but I still love it. When you look up close you can see the engraving lines but in hand & on the table it looks fantastic. I had the same image on both sides but you can elect to have different art on each side.
We shall see how well it holds up & also keeps my beverages cool. I can report back. I think in general I’d feel good selling these in my shop with the right design.

I wanted to test out some fine detail in the embroidery. I’ll increase the kerning in my small fonts to get more separation in the future, but overall I’m very pleased. The hat was packaged in a plastic bag, wrapped with paper, and in a poly mailer with my store’s return address. My Thank You insert was inside and looked great. Digitization took an extra couple of days, but it still arrived in a week.

Verdict:
I thought I’d posted a review for these when I first ordered them early access last August, but looks like I didn’t. TLDR: So far Fulfill Engine has maintained consistent high quality on these, so I’m hopeful that will continue.

Packaging: Arrives in a poly mailer that says “Fulfillment Center” + my business name and address. Each tumbler is in a sleeve within a cardboard box.
Product quality: great! I just wish they offered lids with closing sliders.
Print quality: great! Pretty sure the fine lines in the font are smaller than recommended for the design, yet they print out quite nicely. Surprisingly the package insert was printed well, too, with no smudges or discoloration
One note: I’m not sure why the catalog says the print area is the front side only. These do print front/back, although that does cost more.
GDH400 ComfortWash garment dyed crewneck sweatshirt, which is clearly intended to be a Comfort Colors competitor. The first photo below compares the sizing of the GDH400 (bottom), which is labeled in the catalog as “standard fit,” to CC1566 (middle) and CC1466 (top), which are both “relaxed fit.” All are unisex XL, but the Hanes one is bigger, especially the sleeves and along the bottom. I’d call it an oversized fit, so you may want to downsize. I picked a bright color (freshwater) because I love that shade of blue. It doesn’t look as “color washed” as other shades, but that’s not a complaint, just an observation. Compared to the Comfort Color sweatshirts, the new Hanes GDH400 has a much softer feel on the outside. It’s a midweight fabric, lighter than the CC1566 but heavier than the CC1466. Using a baby scale, the GDH400 is 0.96 lbs, compared to 1.1 lbs for the CC1566 and 0.76 lbs for the CC1466. I haven’t decided whether or not to sell this new sweatshirt in my shop due to the price being higher than CC (will people pay that much for Hanes?). However, I love how soft it is, so I have another (downsized) on order for myself and another for my husband. He’s always impressed by sweatshirts that have the V-notch at the front center neckline and half moon neck patch at the back.

I initially ordered the Ice Purple in an XL (last week) and that was very oversized for me. Typically I size up in gildan 18000 but I didnt need to here. These are are several different sizes to have samples on hand to make mockups and videos. The sweatshirts are very soft and feel very high quality (52% Cotton, 48% Polyester). They are true to size as I typically wear a large top but go a size up for an oversized fit but I really loved the fit of the large. The colors in mockups are a little different than in person so I suggest ordering at least one sample so that you have a real look vs the mockups as they don’t show the true color contrast of the material.
I will definitely be adding these in my shop as soon as finish creating sizing charts and mockups. Pricing from the research online starts at $45-53 with free shipping. Premium cost is $20.63-22.93 shipping is $9.99 and 2.49 for each additional. That’s a profit of $17 if charging $53.99. I will probably charge shipping just like the rest of my shop. Hopefully we will get access to the black and latte ones!

Holy COZY SWEATER Batman
I just got my hands on the LaneSeven Nantucket Crewneck, and I have to say—this is easily one of the most sophisticated yet insanely cozy sweatshirts I’ve tried!
It’s such a lovely texture, and the super light “ice purple” is going to get so many compliments.
The textured outer knit gives it a polished look, and the inside is fleece-lined but still breathable, so it’s warm without feeling too heavy. The cuffs are super stretchy, which I like now, but I will have to share an update here once I’ve worn and washed it a few times. I am hopeful that they will keep their shape over time.
Embroidery is offered in the left pocket area only on this one.
Ordered Jan 29, embroidery was approved and sent to production the next day. 3 days in production and 4 for shipping (NC to WA). Pricing starts at $20.63, which is right around what Comfort Colors sweatshirts start at.
What really stood out to me is the fit—as someone who’s taller and plus-size, I was pleasantly surprised that both the sleeves and overall length are actually long enough. (A rare win!) The mid-weight feel makes it great for layering or just wearing on its own.
Seriously, if you’re looking for a high-end yet comfy sweatshirt to add to your shop, this is it!

The mug itself is very pretty and is a pretty decent quality. The print is identical in texture and feel to the 16oz sipper glass, but is a very thick and hefty glass. It’s much heavier than I expected, but it does not feel cheap at all. It feels premium.
Base cost with Printify Premium is $18.33 – my recommendation is to sell these as personalized mugs. With the personalization, you can charge a higher price as customers would expect for personalized items.
Overall, it’s a very decent coffee mug and I like it. Would I pay $25/30 for them personally? Probably not, but I’m not my target audience.
Edited to add: the print itself is pretty accurate in color, only slightly less vibrant than the mockup. The texture is raised on the glass, and there a slight graininess to the details. It’s not printed into the glass, so as mentioned, you do feel every edge on the design, which may affect your customer’s quality perception. I’m happy with the print job and the quality, but I’m also not super picky.
I would like to share a quick review about the Gilden 18000B Sports Gray Medium Zip Hoodie I ordered for my son. The hoodie was made on December 15, produced and shipped by December 18, and delivered to us on December 21. I was extremely impressed by how efficient the production and shipping process was—everything was handled perfectly and on time.
The hoodie itself is soft, lightweight, and just the right balance of comfort and quality. It’s not too heavy, making it perfect for layering or mild weather. The print quality is excellent, and my son loves the personalized design. One thing to note is that if you want printing in three areas (like we did), it will cost more, but the result is absolutely worth it.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience and product. Highly recommend it!

This shirt is amazing! Sorry, the colors didn’t come out in the photo. It’s a darker shade of green. The shirt is soft, which is exactly what I pictured. The printing colors are more muted than the original design and mock-ups. (sorry, won’t show the exact design) I love the quality of the shirt. I am surprised at how fast it went from ordering to shipping out. I’ve experienced a lot of slow processing with other companies- up to a month. Overall, I rate it 5 stars!
embroidered Nantucket Crewneck Sweatshirt (Lane Seven LS11004) from Fulfill Engine. I ordered a large size intending this for my husband.
There is a gap from the created date to the produced date because I didn’t have an existing design yet & it took a couple tries to get a design right that was able to be digitized for embroidery. Once I got one, production & delivery was swift, even with the holiday season.
First of all, this sweatshirt from Lane Seven is so warm & soft. I’m a huge fan of their products in general & this one didn’t disappoint. My husband was there when I opened the bag (had my shop name on the return address, packaging was fine) & he said “Oooh, that looks very high end” when he saw it.
Outside of some of the underlying threads on the oar blade visible, I thought the embroidery was very good. I don’t know if that is typical or not as I haven’t seen a lot of POD embroidery. The design really pops. I did throw the sweatshirt on to see if the patch on the inside would annoy & it does not, so that is nice. I’m easily annoyed by some textures, strings & the like, so I’m guessing most people would not even feel the patch on the inside.
Overall, I’m very happy with this product. Mockups are gonna be difficult. Printify doesn’t have any yet & it’s really hard to do typical mockups on this. Might be best to buy samples & photograph them yourself.

I did a lot of work to make this embroidery-friendly as the original logo had a lot of small print. It turned out really well. Actually much better than I thought.
The polo is premium brand and great quality. The Adidas logo is on it, which I like. Thin, which is good because this is for a business in Florida. If someone wants this for an office or for a cooler climate, they might not like the material. But for golf and the heat, it’s perfect. Price before shipping with Printify Premium is 33.43, so it’s definitely a higher price point, but I think with the performance fabric and adidas branding you could get away with 60-65.
This was a gift, and it’s not really something my niche uses, but I will list it as a custom coach polo or something like that.

I’m so happy with the embroidery on this sweatshirt! It came out super clean and neat, no loose strings or misplaced stitches. Fairly quick production, especially for this time of year. I don’t love the backing on the embroidery – doesn’t look super professional – but hopefully won’t affect wearability since I assume most people would wear a shirt under the sweatshirt.

I haven’t washed it yet (hand wash only, I’m sure) but first looks are impressive. Came with my shop name on the label (good). Packaged appropriately IMO. I wanted to try an intentionally distressed design & I think it looks great because it could have been iffy for a grunge style. My cell photos don’t do it justice. Product seems solid as well. My biggest complaint is the 6 day production time (though 2 of those days were the weekend). But, that’s still within the window. Weekend made it look worse.

My order arrived in a basic white poly mailer. My shop name was not shown anywhere on the shipping label or package. Inside, each hat was individually wrapped in sealed, clear plastic bags.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the embroidery work on these hats. I created designs that had some fairly thin areas and they were very well done. One hat includes a city skyline in 2 thread colors and it came out better than I expected.
Quality control, on the other hand, is lacking. One hat arrived with a loose thread that had already begun to unravel the letter in my text. Its fairly long and obvious, so I’m surprised it was shipped in this condition. I did report the issue to Printify and request a replacement.
And now the issue that really angered me. I have my shop set up to include my branding inserts with my orders (where available). These are to be printed in color on a 4×6 paper card. I use these to thank my customer, offer a discount code on a future order, and provide a link to both my Etsy shop and Facebook page. These are intended to express my appreciation for the purchase and help create repeat customers. What was included in my sample order was downright embarrassing. My insert was printed in faint black ink on a UPS label! It’s barely legible and not acceptable as paid marketing material. I did include a note about it when I reported the hat issue to merchant support but Hank Baldwin , I would appreciate if you would see about having this addressed with Fulfill Engine to ensure it’s not their normal practice. We do not have the ability to opt in/out of the inserts for specific shops and I would never want something like this sent to a customer.
UPDATE: I just received the reprint of the hat with the loose threads and its absolutely perfect. Additionally, the branded insert included in this order was probably the nicest quality I’ve received from any printer. Nice, sturdy paper, high quality print, and not a single wrinkle in the paper! I think someone made sure to handle this one right after hearing from Printify.

Embroidery – There was a slight issue with some blue thread showing where it shouldn’t be in the middle of the design but overall it turned out well IMO. I used Affinity designer for the original file and used the thread colors from the embroidery color palette.

I used the color code 005CB3. It looks like a royal blue on my computer, but it came out as a navy, which is what I wanted.
My complaint is that the printify mock up of Stone is way darker than it really is and the thread color is brighter (closer to the color on guidelines).
I’m glad that I ordered a sample.

So Fulfill Engine did a great job with these shorts. The print was bright and crisp and they were delivered to my door in 3.5 days. There was a stupid sticker on the front of them which is unnecessary and cheap looking so 3 stars for that.
BUT…I ordered a size Large and they were a full 2 inches smaller in the waist (relaxed) than the size guide indicates. I happened to also order a size Small in their joggers and the waists are only about 1″ difference (see photos – small is on top of large). So the fault is with Comfort Colors, not with Fulfill Engine. I would never put these in my shop knowing the sizing is not accurate. I did check the size guide on the manufacturer’s website and it matched what Fulfill Engine shows on their catalog description. They should be 17″ relaxed. Has anyone else had this type of tolerance problem with Comfort Colors? The joggers I ordered were sized correctly.

I may change the font for my name/credentials…so, any “embroidery experts” out there, I’m open and appreciative to any suggestions of good Canva fonts to use for names

The return address on the shipping label had my Etsy shop name along with “Fulfilllment Center” and a Forth Worth, TX address (which, I’m curious because I see that on my SwiftPOD orders, too. What address is that? )
My only “complaint” is that the white embroidery backing was cut a little “sloppy” on one of the shirts.
All in all, I’d be happy to receive these as a customer and look forward to adding them to my store…once I master the font

I LOVE how the colors turned out! So beautiful! The pink and yellow are gorgeous together! I tried it on and wasn’t sure about the patch but it’s not itchy. Definitely excited to add this to my store! The lettering is bigger than I thought so I was very happy about that.

The stitching is ‘OK’. Below you will see my design. I used the exact color # on the chart provided, yet some of the stitching colors were not correct. The preview showed the incorrect colors and I did reach out to customer support and there was no solution – so I pushed the order thru anyways – to see how it would turn out. I will reach out again to see why this is happening. This is a very simplistic design and again, the exact required color # are used.
There is some stitching outside the lines. I am not sure if that is a result of how small the images are or stitching error. I know literally nothing about stitching and this is my first time doing it. For this graphic image, it works fine as a design element.
I used the template provided, created my graphics in Illustrator, placed on the template, removed guides, saved as .png and uploaded to the design space.
I will be using this product AND selling it for single color images/text for now. Once I can get assurance the multi-color issue is resolved, then I would sell multi-colored images.

The travel mug itself feels very light and cheap. The print though vibrant and clear feels very much like a thick vinyl sticker. I highly doubt this will last long. Especially for the occasional “oopsie” of someone putting in the dishwasher.
For the overall cost to a seller of $27.57 I expected a nicer quality item/print and won’t add these to my shop. I’d say it’s a pass

Production/quality
Two dents in the UV sticker means a replacement has been sent, otherwise it would be 5 stars. The replacement process was very easy though.
Bottle itself is excellent. A very solid feeling bottle. Larger than expected. Slide lid works well.
I note that the listing details says a leak proof lid but the opening is not, do not tip this over! I guess the lid is technically leak proof but the slide opener so it has the same effect if it falls over.
Bottle says dishwasher safe on the bottom but it isn’t once the print is added. Not sure customers will realise this no matter how often you say so. I have not yet tested it but might do so.

Love this hat! The embroidery came out really nice. I will say that the color match for my red was darker than I wanted but it still pops.
What was a bit unexpected was the green underside of the hat. The mockups didn’t show a green under bill, but the product description does say it. I wish it was just the same color of the top side, as the green will limit my color choices when designing.

I pulled an image from CF to try the products out. Loved the idea of a matching set! Quality is great the peachy colors matched on the sweatshirt, shorts and joggers. The issue I have is with the sweatshirt not being the same since it was printed by a different provider and using a different printing method. The colors were not close enough for me to say it was matching other than it being the same print.
I maxed out all of the space when uplaoding the image so ordering a large the sizing was perfect! Drawstrings on both the shorts and joggers were cream/ivory color. Material is lightweight and breathable just like the matching sweatshirt. The shorts fit well and so did the joggers, I’m 5’7 for reference and the joggers were at my ankles comfortably. I would suggest for a baggy fit to size up as the waist is adjustable. The sweatshirt fit great. Last review of the sweatshirt I did an XL but opted for a L for a less baggy fit.
The shorts and joggers came with a production sticker on it, which was easy to remove. It would be a great addition but the only down side is that they will ship separate and will not match in print color (this is why the 4
). I hope that they can add fulfill engine for the sweatshirt and hoodie that match to have a coordinating set. If they do I will definitely be adding to my lineup but if they can’t then no, just the hoodie and sweatshitt…and I was looking forward to this for fall!
I have also ordered the new CC1467 hoodie (SwiftPOD) in the same print but it hasn’t shipped yet as it wasn’t available until days after I placed this order.

I give it 3 stars for a few reasons:
– The print is a bit raised, almost like a sticker that’s stuck on.
-Part of my print was crooked and the lines disconnected (see photo)… it is not like that in my mockup and almost seems like it “melted” a bit during transit.
– The cover just has an open whole and isn’t spill-proof. It will not keep coffee warm very long.
I wonder how it will hold up with washing. I know it says hand wash only, but I question the durability of the print even with that. It definitely would not last the dishwasher.
I would have to charge over $30 for this on Etsy to make a profit, and I don’t think the quality warrants that high of a price, so I will not be listing it in my shop.

Embroidery Quality: The embroidery on the hat is quite good, but not without a few minor flaws. I’d rate the embroidery work an 8.5 out of 10. The design features some thin lines in the font, and this is where the craftsmanship could be improved. There are a few thread stragglers, especially noticeable on the thin lines of the font, and a bit on the larger font as well. While these issues are relatively minor, I can see how they might bother more detail-oriented customers. None of the hats I’ve purchased from retail stores have had these issues, so it’s something to consider.
Packaging: The packaging was excellent, which is crucial for maintaining the quality of a flat bill hat during shipping. The hat arrived in perfect condition with no damage or folding, which I greatly appreciated. Proper packaging shows attention to detail and respect for the product and customer, and Fullfill Engine delivered on this front.
Final Thoughts: Overall the embroidery is good but could benefit from some improvements, particularly with designs that feature thin lines. I’m on the fence on this one because my sample had an egregious printing error that should have been caught in QC. Perils of UV printing. However, all the other Early Access drinkware from Fulfill Engine in this order came out great. I think I’ll just skip this particular product in favor of the Spoke tumbler that’s printed with sublimation.
5oz Coffee Mug Tumbler. Took three days to produce. And four days to ship.
I purchased four of these coffee mugs as gifts. The quality is great! The print was a raised glossy print and was very well placed on the mug. The colors were true to what was shown on the computer. Each mug came with a sticker insert inside. And the lids fit snugly on the mug so there is no spilling when drinking. Each mug was in its own box and wrapped in foam and then all four boxes were placed in a mailer.
I definitely can see adding these to my shop.

I bought a sample of the ENGRAVED Insulated Tumbler with Lid, 40oz from Fulfill Engine in black.
I ordered it June 26th, Shipped June 30th, Delivered July 8th (today). Not the greatest speed but the July 4th holiday was in there so I think it’s acceptable.
It came in a cardboard box in the typical white mailer. My shop name was on the return address (good!). There was no real extra padding IN the box other than the plastic. It’s a pretty hardy tumbler, so I think that’s fine, especially since it’s in the cardboard box.
I probably should have widened my line art to make it pop more on the tumbler, but I still love it. When you look up close you can see the engraving lines but in hand & on the table it looks fantastic. I had the same image on both sides but you can elect to have different art on each side.
We shall see how well it holds up & also keeps my beverages cool. I can report back. I think in general I’d feel good selling these in my shop with the right design.

I thought I’d posted a review for these when I first ordered them early access last August, but looks like I didn’t. TLDR: So far Fulfill Engine has maintained consistent high quality on these, so I’m hopeful that will continue.

Print quality: great! Pretty sure the fine lines in the font are smaller than recommended for the design, yet they print out quite nicely. Surprisingly the package insert was printed well, too, with no smudges or discoloration
One note: I’m not sure why the catalog says the print area is the front side only. These do print front/back, although that does cost more.

GDH400 ComfortWash garment dyed crewneck sweatshirt, which is clearly intended to be a Comfort Colors competitor. The first photo below compares the sizing of the GDH400 (bottom), which is labeled in the catalog as “standard fit,” to CC1566 (middle) and CC1466 (top), which are both “relaxed fit.” All are unisex XL, but the Hanes one is bigger, especially the sleeves and along the bottom. I’d call it an oversized fit, so you may want to downsize. I picked a bright color (freshwater) because I love that shade of blue. It doesn’t look as “color washed” as other shades, but that’s not a complaint, just an observation. Compared to the Comfort Color sweatshirts, the new Hanes GDH400 has a much softer feel on the outside. It’s a midweight fabric, lighter than the CC1566 but heavier than the CC1466. Using a baby scale, the GDH400 is 0.96 lbs, compared to 1.1 lbs for the CC1566 and 0.76 lbs for the CC1466. I haven’t decided whether or not to sell this new sweatshirt in my shop due to the price being higher than CC (will people pay that much for Hanes?). However, I love how soft it is, so I have another (downsized) on order for myself and another for my husband. He’s always impressed by sweatshirts that have the V-notch at the front center neckline and half moon neck patch at the back.

I initially ordered the Ice Purple in an XL (last week) and that was very oversized for me. Typically I size up in gildan 18000 but I didnt need to here. These are are several different sizes to have samples on hand to make mockups and videos. The sweatshirts are very soft and feel very high quality (52% Cotton, 48% Polyester). They are true to size as I typically wear a large top but go a size up for an oversized fit but I really loved the fit of the large. The colors in mockups are a little different than in person so I suggest ordering at least one sample so that you have a real look vs the mockups as they don’t show the true color contrast of the material.
I will definitely be adding these in my shop as soon as finish creating sizing charts and mockups. Pricing from the research online starts at $45-53 with free shipping. Premium cost is $20.63-22.93 shipping is $9.99 and 2.49 for each additional. That’s a profit of $17 if charging $53.99. I will probably charge shipping just like the rest of my shop. Hopefully we will get access to the black and latte ones!

Holy COZY SWEATER Batman
I just got my hands on the LaneSeven Nantucket Crewneck, and I have to say—this is easily one of the most sophisticated yet insanely cozy sweatshirts I’ve tried!
It’s such a lovely texture, and the super light “ice purple” is going to get so many compliments.
The textured outer knit gives it a polished look, and the inside is fleece-lined but still breathable, so it’s warm without feeling too heavy. The cuffs are super stretchy, which I like now, but I will have to share an update here once I’ve worn and washed it a few times. I am hopeful that they will keep their shape over time.
Embroidery is offered in the left pocket area only on this one.

The mug itself is very pretty and is a pretty decent quality. The print is identical in texture and feel to the 16oz sipper glass, but is a very thick and hefty glass. It’s much heavier than I expected, but it does not feel cheap at all. It feels premium.
Base cost with Printify Premium is $18.33 – my recommendation is to sell these as personalized mugs. With the personalization, you can charge a higher price as customers would expect for personalized items.
Overall, it’s a very decent coffee mug and I like it. Would I pay $25/30 for them personally? Probably not, but I’m not my target audience.
Edited to add: the print itself is pretty accurate in color, only slightly less vibrant than the mockup. The texture is raised on the glass, and there a slight graininess to the details. It’s not printed into the glass, so as mentioned, you do feel every edge on the design, which may affect your customer’s quality perception. I’m happy with the print job and the quality, but I’m also not super picky.

I would like to share a quick review about the Gilden 18000B Sports Gray Medium Zip Hoodie I ordered for my son. The hoodie was made on December 15, produced and shipped by December 18, and delivered to us on December 21. I was extremely impressed by how efficient the production and shipping process was—everything was handled perfectly and on time.
The hoodie itself is soft, lightweight, and just the right balance of comfort and quality. It’s not too heavy, making it perfect for layering or mild weather. The print quality is excellent, and my son loves the personalized design. One thing to note is that if you want printing in three areas (like we did), it will cost more, but the result is absolutely worth it.

embroidered Nantucket Crewneck Sweatshirt (Lane Seven LS11004) from Fulfill Engine. I ordered a large size intending this for my husband.
There is a gap from the created date to the produced date because I didn’t have an existing design yet & it took a couple tries to get a design right that was able to be digitized for embroidery. Once I got one, production & delivery was swift, even with the holiday season.
First of all, this sweatshirt from Lane Seven is so warm & soft. I’m a huge fan of their products in general & this one didn’t disappoint. My husband was there when I opened the bag (had my shop name on the return address, packaging was fine) & he said “Oooh, that looks very high end” when he saw it.
Outside of some of the underlying threads on the oar blade visible, I thought the embroidery was very good. I don’t know if that is typical or not as I haven’t seen a lot of POD embroidery. The design really pops. I did throw the sweatshirt on to see if the patch on the inside would annoy & it does not, so that is nice. I’m easily annoyed by some textures, strings & the like, so I’m guessing most people would not even feel the patch on the inside.
Overall, I’m very happy with this product. Mockups are gonna be difficult. Printify doesn’t have any yet & it’s really hard to do typical mockups on this. Might be best to buy samples & photograph them yourself.

I did a lot of work to make this embroidery-friendly as the original logo had a lot of small print. It turned out really well. Actually much better than I thought.
The polo is premium brand and great quality. The Adidas logo is on it, which I like. Thin, which is good because this is for a business in Florida. If someone wants this for an office or for a cooler climate, they might not like the material. But for golf and the heat, it’s perfect. Price before shipping with Printify Premium is 33.43, so it’s definitely a higher price point, but I think with the performance fabric and adidas branding you could get away with 60-65.
This was a gift, and it’s not really something my niche uses, but I will list it as a custom coach polo or something like that.

My order arrived in a basic white poly mailer. My shop name was not shown anywhere on the shipping label or package. Inside, each hat was individually wrapped in sealed, clear plastic bags.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the embroidery work on these hats. I created designs that had some fairly thin areas and they were very well done. One hat includes a city skyline in 2 thread colors and it came out better than I expected.
Quality control, on the other hand, is lacking. One hat arrived with a loose thread that had already begun to unravel the letter in my text. Its fairly long and obvious, so I’m surprised it was shipped in this condition. I did report the issue to Printify and request a replacement.
And now the issue that really angered me. I have my shop set up to include my branding inserts with my orders (where available). These are to be printed in color on a 4×6 paper card. I use these to thank my customer, offer a discount code on a future order, and provide a link to both my Etsy shop and Facebook page. These are intended to express my appreciation for the purchase and help create repeat customers. What was included in my sample order was downright embarrassing. My insert was printed in faint black ink on a UPS label! It’s barely legible and not acceptable as paid marketing material. I did include a note about it when I reported the hat issue to merchant support but Hank Baldwin , I would appreciate if you would see about having this addressed with Fulfill Engine to ensure it’s not their normal practice. We do not have the ability to opt in/out of the inserts for specific shops and I would never want something like this sent to a customer.
UPDATE: I just received the reprint of the hat with the loose threads and its absolutely perfect. Additionally, the branded insert included in this order was probably the nicest quality I’ve received from any printer. Nice, sturdy paper, high quality print, and not a single wrinkle in the paper! I think someone made sure to handle this one right after hearing from Printify.

So Fulfill Engine did a great job with these shorts. The print was bright and crisp and they were delivered to my door in 3.5 days. There was a stupid sticker on the front of them which is unnecessary and cheap looking so 3 stars for that.
BUT…I ordered a size Large and they were a full 2 inches smaller in the waist (relaxed) than the size guide indicates. I happened to also order a size Small in their joggers and the waists are only about 1″ difference (see photos – small is on top of large). So the fault is with Comfort Colors, not with Fulfill Engine. I would never put these in my shop knowing the sizing is not accurate. I did check the size guide on the manufacturer’s website and it matched what Fulfill Engine shows on their catalog description. They should be 17″ relaxed. Has anyone else had this type of tolerance problem with Comfort Colors? The joggers I ordered were sized correctly.

The stitching is ‘OK’. Below you will see my design. I used the exact color # on the chart provided, yet some of the stitching colors were not correct. The preview showed the incorrect colors and I did reach out to customer support and there was no solution – so I pushed the order thru anyways – to see how it would turn out. I will reach out again to see why this is happening. This is a very simplistic design and again, the exact required color # are used.
There is some stitching outside the lines. I am not sure if that is a result of how small the images are or stitching error. I know literally nothing about stitching and this is my first time doing it. For this graphic image, it works fine as a design element.
I used the template provided, created my graphics in Illustrator, placed on the template, removed guides, saved as .png and uploaded to the design space.
I will be using this product AND selling it for single color images/text for now. Once I can get assurance the multi-color issue is resolved, then I would sell multi-colored images.

Super happy with the result! the embroidery looks good and the quality of the cap is very good. Way better quality than the Distressed Cap from District DT600 in my opinion.

Polar Camel 20oz Travel Mug from Fulfill Engine

Packaged securely but pretty disappointed in the 11 day turn around (Fulfill Engine says average 3.4 days to ship)
The travel mug itself feels very light and cheap. The print though vibrant and clear feels very much like a thick vinyl sticker. I highly doubt this will last long. Especially for the occasional “oopsie” of someone putting in the dishwasher.
For the overall cost to a seller of $27.57 I expected a nicer quality item/print and won’t add these to my shop. I’d say it’s a pass

14 business days from order is almost unheard of from USA to NZ – I also live rural so it is meant to take days longer. And that spanned the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Helene where I expected shipping to be disrupted. Just, how?!
Production/quality
Two dents in the UV sticker means a replacement has been sent, otherwise it would be 5 stars. The replacement process was very easy though.
Bottle itself is excellent. A very solid feeling bottle. Larger than expected. Slide lid works well.
I note that the listing details says a leak proof lid but the opening is not, do not tip this over! I guess the lid is technically leak proof but the slide opener so it has the same effect if it falls over.
Bottle says dishwasher safe on the bottom but it isn’t once the print is added. Not sure customers will realise this no matter how often you say so. I have not yet tested it but might do so.
Cost
Production was $20.67 (no Printify Premium)
Standard shipping would be $9.29 to the USA (it was USD$10.49 to NZ, ouch but we are used to that and it was so so fast)
On the higher end, and with a small print area it limits the potential for this product. But I love it.

Embroidered Flat Bill Snapback from Fulfill Engine in black and teal.
Love this hat! The embroidery came out really nice. I will say that the color match for my red was darker than I wanted but it still pops.
What was a bit unexpected was the green underside of the hat. The mockups didn’t show a green under bill, but the product description does say it. I wish it was just the same color of the top side, as the green will limit my color choices when designing.

I pulled an image from CF to try the products out. Loved the idea of a matching set! Quality is great the peachy colors matched on the sweatshirt, shorts and joggers. The issue I have is with the sweatshirt not being the same since it was printed by a different provider and using a different printing method. The colors were not close enough for me to say it was matching other than it being the same print.
I maxed out all of the space when uplaoding the image so ordering a large the sizing was perfect! Drawstrings on both the shorts and joggers were cream/ivory color. Material is lightweight and breathable just like the matching sweatshirt. The shorts fit well and so did the joggers, I’m 5’7 for reference and the joggers were at my ankles comfortably. I would suggest for a baggy fit to size up as the waist is adjustable. The sweatshirt fit great. Last review of the sweatshirt I did an XL but opted for a L for a less baggy fit.
The shorts and joggers came with a production sticker on it, which was easy to remove. It would be a great addition but the only down side is that they will ship separate and will not match in print color (this is why the 4
). I hope that they can add fulfill engine for the sweatshirt and hoodie that match to have a coordinating set. If they do I will definitely be adding to my lineup but if they can’t then no, just the hoodie and sweatshitt…and I was looking forward to this for fall!
I have also ordered the new CC1467 hoodie (SwiftPOD) in the same print but it hasn’t shipped yet as it wasn’t available until days after I placed this order.

I give it 3 stars for a few reasons:
– The print is a bit raised, almost like a sticker that’s stuck on.
-Part of my print was crooked and the lines disconnected (see photo)… it is not like that in my mockup and almost seems like it “melted” a bit during transit.
– The cover just has an open whole and isn’t spill-proof. It will not keep coffee warm very long.
I wonder how it will hold up with washing. I know it says hand wash only, but I question the durability of the print even with that. It definitely would not last the dishwasher.
I would have to charge over $30 for this on Etsy to make a profit, and I don’t think the quality warrants that high of a price, so I will not be listing it in my shop.

Embroidery Quality: The embroidery on the hat is quite good, but not without a few minor flaws. I’d rate the embroidery work an 8.5 out of 10. The design features some thin lines in the font, and this is where the craftsmanship could be improved. There are a few thread stragglers, especially noticeable on the thin lines of the font, and a bit on the larger font as well. While these issues are relatively minor, I can see how they might bother more detail-oriented customers. None of the hats I’ve purchased from retail stores have had these issues, so it’s something to consider.
Packaging: The packaging was excellent, which is crucial for maintaining the quality of a flat bill hat during shipping. The hat arrived in perfect condition with no damage or folding, which I greatly appreciated. Proper packaging shows attention to detail and respect for the product and customer, and Fullfill Engine delivered on this front.
Final Thoughts: Overall the embroidery is good but could benefit from some improvements, particularly with designs that feature thin lines. Despite the minor embroidery imperfections, I’m happy with this purchase and would consider buying from Fullfill Engine again, especially if they refine their embroidery process. This hat is a great addition to my collection, and with a few tweaks, it could easily become a top-tier product in its category.

Skinny Tumbler, 22oz
I’m on the fence on this one because my sample had an egregious printing error that should have been caught in QC. Perils of UV printing. However, all the other Early Access drinkware from Fulfill Engine in this order came out great. I think I’ll just skip this particular product in favor of the Spoke tumbler that’s printed with sublimation.

5oz Coffee Mug Tumbler. Took three days to produce. And four days to ship.
I purchased four of these coffee mugs as gifts. The quality is great! The print was a raised glossy print and was very well placed on the mug. The colors were true to what was shown on the computer. Each mug came with a sticker insert inside. And the lids fit snugly on the mug so there is no spilling when drinking. Each mug was in its own box and wrapped in foam and then all four boxes were placed in a mailer.
I definitely can see adding these to my shop.
