If you know me, you know, I absolutely love the Lane Seven hoodies. When I saw the new blue mist color being carried by Swift POD I knew I had to try it. I am 100% thrilled with this.
The print is perfect. I added a texture to my design to give it the worn in look.
These hoodies are SO soft inside and out. The remain so after many, many washes!
FYI: I wash and dry my hoodies!
My favorite thing about this hoodie is the neck hole. It is generous and doesn’t tighten up after washing/drying. I find the Gildan tightens up (that’s my downside to them)
I added some pics to compare the color to other ones out there. I think this will be super trendy this spring
I’m anxiously awaiting the restock of Lilac to add my design to that too!
I placed my design at the top of the print area and it is 12.59 wide.
*Edited to add 3/17 that I washed all these shirts one time on cold and hung to dry. They all look exactly the same as when I received them. The green one has been washed twice and still looks amazing!
I’ve heard a lot of discussion lately about people looking for sweatshirts that are better quality than Gildan 18000. Print turned out great! Packaging was the usual poly mailer. It’s super soft and comfy. I sized up one size which I usually do on anything that’s cropped. Overall I love the fit and feel. Was delivered pretty quickly as well. I would sell this item in my shop, although pricing is a little high I think. With production cost and shipping would be around $38 with premium.

This felt like a very long wait considering I’m used to Monster Digitals fast turn around- but still not horrible.
I know it’s plain black lettering-(sweatshirt was for my teen who didn’t want an image)- but the black printed very nicely.
This sweatshirt is super soft!! My daughter has sensory issues and is very picky about material. I haven’t experimented with many sweatshirts, but for a Gildan, and to save a few extra bucks, this is a great option.

My business info is on the packaging and the print area is slightly bigger than IYP’s (2.8″ vs 2.5″ for IYP). The print itself is the sharpest print I’ve seen on a ceramic ornament BUT there’s a reason for that…
Cons:
According to SwiftPOD, this ornament begins with both sides being glossy however they print using UV and it apparently leaves a matte finish. Since the blank side is glossy and the printed side is a rough, matte texture, it makes it seem as if the ornament was printed on the wrong side. I got a reprint thinking it was an error and it came the exact same way. I think this may cause a lot of customer complaints so if you plan on selling these then I would make it very clear on what they should expect.
Hey everyone! I just got my reprint, and I couldn’t be happier! This one looks so much better than the last print. I love that the bold shirt color doesn’t show through the white areas at all. I’ve had a few misprints in the past, but Swiftpod has always been amazing about offering reprints or refunds whenever there’s an issue—which is rare, given the hundreds of orders I’ve placed. Some of you mentioned on my original post that this is standard for DTG on Comfort Colors shirts. I’m definitely picky, but only because my customers deserve the best!

I reached out to Printify to express my disappointment with the issue, and they explained it was a printing error. However, when I asked for more details about the specific cause, they couldn’t provide a clear explanation. Despite this, I gave them 5 stars for offering to refund or reprint the shirt.
The shirt quality is as expected, and I love the color. However, I’m really disappointed with the poor quality of the print. The camera doesn’t quite capture it, but there’s an orange tint in the white areas. Additionally, there are small holes in the design, almost as if air bubbles formed and left gaps behind. I know when I wash this those holes will certainly start peeling away compromising the graphic.
I will update this review with the reprint.

This was made for a friend of mine, size XL.
The graphic colors are exactly as I created. RGB @300dpi (pictures below). I made the graphics with a #GLITTER technique and it printed really really good. Looks like actual glitter. Super happy with the outcome. This was made in Illustrator and Photoshop.
All of my graphics are created at 52 inches x 52 inches, RGB @300dpi. Depending on the complexity of the graphic, I may have to resize down a bit BEFORE uploading, but usually I just upload the .png at that size. I have zero issues with the graphic sizing on various size apparel.
Graphics on front, back and sleeve.
You can feel the graphic, but it is not like a rough pressed on vinyl application. It is soft and flexible.
These wash very well. I wash all my graphic apparel COLD water and HANG DRY. The colors remain crisp like new with no fading and no cracking.
Im selling at a 60% profit. And have no problems at this price point.
Pictures taken in a light box, so colors may vary based on my photography ability (lol)
Graphic is completely drawn by me. There is no permission to use or copy.
I will continue using this product as its a product that tons of people need/use!!!

-I had heard that Comfort Color shirts come out with a bit of a distressed look, even if it’s not in the design and that turned out to be true. A customer might be confused, but it’s in my description that this can happen, so hopefully they read it. lol
**The Galaxy Z Flip 5 is not very cooperative when taking images of blue/green objects.

Print quality is great. No complaints. Size and placement is as expected. Looks just like the mock up!
I have seen many varying complaints on swift pod, but I have personally ordered 7 total samples (gildan sweatshirts and now these shirts) and have not had 1 issue. More are on the way. We’ve sold a handful of them as well (just not our best sellers) and no complaints from customers either, all 5 star reviews.
Comfort Colors 1717, Swiftpod vs. Monster Digital.
Overall winner: Swiftpod
Print quality:
Swiftpod colors are much more vibrant and solid. There is a small white line showing around some of the smaller details on the side of the design.
Monster Digital is more dull, with small white specks showing through the solid colors. Print is crooked on the shirt.
T-shirt quality:
Because the shirts are garment dyed (shirt is dyed after it is constructed vs being made with pre-dyed fabric), the coloring isn’t 100% even, especially after washing. The Swiftpod shirt has a small dark spot on the front that is less visible after washing. Both shirts have some variation in color that is more visible after washing.
I personally think the neck hole is too small, it feels tighter around my neck than the same size in a Gildan or B+C tee. The fabric feels comparable to Gildan, but I hear that it softens up more after several washes.
After washing:
Monster Digital shows more wear than Swiftpod. I washed with warm water and dried on a normal setting – these are not the suggested care instructions, but I suspect that most people are not following those instructions. The Swiftpod print shows no wear at all, while the Monster Digital print looks more worn.
Packaging:
Swiftpod’s insert looks much more professional. It’s hard to tell in the photos, but Monster Digital’s print quality on the insert is poor. It looks like the printer was running out of ink.
Both printers used my business name and address as the return address on the label.

I am totally pleased with this tank! I will *definitely* be carrying them in my shop.
Before I get into specifics of the shirt, though, a note on the shipping.
The shipping was *so slow*, and the tracking was misleading and confusing. (DHL’s tracking showed all the travel scans to the local USPS distribution center in the first two days, and said it ‘might take a few days for USPS to scan it in’… but they showed it immediately – still on the other side of the country, and continued with the appropriate updated scans over the next several days… once they matched up with being at the local distribution center, it was delivered the next day, so I am fairly sure DHL was just plain lying initially.) Apparently, economy means it goes DHL, and they are just *notoriously* slow and weird. It originally was showing an estimated delivery of the *twentieth*, which would have meant a full two weeks in transit. It still took 9 days, which is just painfully slow in this day and age.
After this experience, I am going through and removing ALL the economy shipping from my listings. Maybe with a very large, very heavy item the difference would be worth it, or if it meant the shipping was free; but to save 50 cents to a dollar, it’s just not.
So! On to the shirt.
It was in a typical plastic mailer, with my business name and address as the return address. It was directly in the mailer, folded neatly, no additional packaging, which is fine.
The print was basically perfect. Precisely aligned, no hint of white showing. The colors are all brilliant and just as I expected. It does have the slightly ‘aged’ or ‘rough’ look to the print, which is as I expected, and even prefer, so I am vert very pleased with the print quality.
The shirt itself is exactly the weight of fabric I prefer for tees/tee tanks, neither so heavy it becomes stiff, nor so light I feel like I’m going to tear it. The shape of the tank is, as my spouse put it (the shirt is for them) “just exactly perfect”. It’s tapered slightly wider as it goes down, so accommodates hips (or bellies) nicely despite running a bit longer than many such styles, but not so much it looks ‘fluttery’. For us, that extra length is preferred, but it is worth noting in case customers prefer a shorter length.
I could not be happier with the shirt itself.

Love this sweatshirt! It is super soft on the inside. I washed it once and it is still very soft inside unlike a washed (twice) Gildan 18500 hoodie. It has not started to pill (little fuzz balls) like the Gildan 18500 (50% Cotton 50% poly) has but I will update here if it starts doing that. It shrunk about 3/4″ wide and about 3 inches shorter but that was to be expected with it being 80% cotton (for white).
I usually wear a size medium for shirts and I sized up to a large for this sweatshirt. Glad I did because a med. might have been too small. I would definitely encourage buyers to size up for an over sized fit.
Image was crisp but the blue printed way darker than the file and how they have printed on G64000 shirts.
I hope other print providers pick up on this product as SwiftPOD is the only one so far so I would be hesitant selling this if there are no backup printers to rely on during the rush of the holidays.
It is a tad bit more expensive than the G1800 but if this doesn’t pill up like the others I might consider switching out for these if another print provider is available other than SwiftPOD.
If anyone is wondering my phone case is the Tough Case WOYC with a Click-on Grip. I’ll do a review when I’ve given the click grip long enough to tell if it will stay on the phone case.

18 months, light blue.
My illustration has some pretty thin lines as does the font and it printed well! Print is a dark blue which I used in my design. The image I uploaded was a png, with the font as part of my image.
Light blue bodysuit is fairly close to the colour in the mockups. My pics aren’t 100% accurate in every case here.
The snaps are plastic and seem well done.
I bought it as a future gift for my grandson’s 1st birthday next Feb lol! And to sample.
